The female's skull and some vertebrae were discovered near the Spanaway McKenna Highway (WA 507) and Pacific Avenue in Training Area 9 of Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Forensic isotope testing indicated she spent her childhood or adolescence in Oregon or northern California, along with an additional ten years in the area.

Dentals: Available. 2 mm X 3 mm area of dark staining on anterior (labial) surface of tooth number 25.
