Charles Bertram (w/m, dob 8/29/1965), was last seen on 10/27/2002 at 5:00 p.m. by his mother. Charles was on probation which was going to end on 10/29/2002. Charles' truck was found at the intersection of Highway 39 and 301 at the Cumberland Farms store in Zephyrhills, Florida.
