Daniel Gruenberg's remains were found at Stevens Creek Park near San Jose on October 22, 1973. According to authorities, Daniel had been brutally beaten to death, before being thrown down the park's ravine. Officials believe that Daniel was hitchhiking when he was likely offered a ride by the individual who would later beat him to death.
