Debora Swanson, a teacher with the Coeur d’Alene School District, parked her car in the Third Street parking lot to go jogging on Tubbs Hill on March 29, 1986. Police found her car in the parking lot the next day. Her purse and identification were still inside the locked car. The area was searched, but no clues were found.
