Dietmar Johann Munhofen is a German tourist who vanished while on vacation in the U.S.

Dietmar traveled from his home in Germany and arrived in the United States on May 24, 2013 for a vacation. He was last seen in Great Falls, MT on June 6, 2013. Around a month later, on July 5, 2013, the car he was traveling with was found abandoned at the Missouri River Breaks in Fergus County, MT. Though the area was searched extensively, no sign of Dietmar has ever been found.

There have been no sightings or other signs leading to Dietmar since his disappearance in 2013. His case remains unsolved and is considered to be a cold case, with no further investigation taking place unless new leads are brought to light.

At the time of his disappearance in 2013, Dietmar, a German citizen, was described as a 57 year old caucasian man with gray hair and gray eyes. He was 5'10" tall and weighed approximately 160 lbs. Dietmar wears a pacemaker and glasses. He is interested in photography along with Native American traditions and history.
