On 08/10/2011 the Lincoln Police Department responded to Lincoln Manor Apartments in Lincoln, Alabama in reference to a missing person, Janice Ruth Laplant. Janice Laplant's husband(Eugene Smith-deceased) advised that his wife went missing after a party at their residence on 07/25/2011. Janice Laplant was Eugene Smith's caregiver prior to his death.
