On 09-14-2010, Quinones-Flores left Topeka, Kansas with an associate in a 1997 gray Dodge Caravan with unknown Kansas plates. It is purported that the associate stored 2 boxes in Quinones-Flores' van to transport to Mexico for him. Quinones-Flores was returning home to his wife in Mexico and never arrived. His wife suspects Quinones-Flores is deceased, and she is not interested in case updates. The associate was driving a separate vehicle, and he reportedly makes regular trips to Mexico delivering clothes, furniture and money to family members and returns with other property to be delivered to the states.
