Mr. Joseph L. Johnson is an Army veteran, who was born in New Jersey and also lived in Alabama. Due to health issues, he was being cared for by a friend. In 2008, the two were last known to be living in the Northside area, near the community of Westview, in Miami-Dade County. Their last known residence was destroyed in a fire. None of Mr. J. Johnson’s friends or family members has seen or spoken to them since. Mr. J. Johnson was known to frequent the area of North Miami Beach.
