Justin Bell was only 23 years old when his life was taken from him because of deadly gun violence in California.

His loved ones remember Justin as someone who was always smiling, outgoing, loving, and a "loud partier." On his Gun Memorial webpage, someone notes that Justin was "one of the funniest people" that they knew, and he was "unforgettable."

Justin had recently aged out of the foster care system and was working through some set backs.

On December 3, 2018, police were dispatched to an "unincorporated part of the city" to a vacant building after getting reports of shots fired. They discovered Justin, having been fatally wounded.

No arrests have been made, and no motive has ever been released.
