Marlane Koue, a 54-year-old woman from Oceanside, California, went missing on Oct. 1, after she was last seen at a Pizza Port restaurant in Carlsbad. Marlane's daughter, Maya Koue, who spoke to her mother daily, raised concerns when Marlane's phone calls stopped, and she disappeared.

Police stated that they do not have any evidence indicating foul play, but Marlane's lack of contact with her family has raised red flags. Her cellphone and bank accounts have remained inactive since Oct. 1. Marlane's husband, Sergio Eric Castaneda, has been cooperating with the authorities, but attempts to reach him by phone have been unsuccessful. Court records show that Marlane had won a three-year restraining order against the grandfather of her estranged husband earlier this year, accusing him of physical abuse.

Police have asked for any information about Marlane's whereabouts, who is described as 5'5", 160 lbs, with brown hair and eyes, and was last seen driving a beige Dodge Grand Caravan.
