Overview of Michelle Howard
Michelle Howard, nicknamed Shelby by her family, grew up in Atlantic City, NJ. She was a star basketball player at Chelsea Heights School and the Uptown School Complex. "Basketball was her thing," Howard's brother said. "They still have pictures of her hanging up at both schools."
32-year-old Michelle Howard was described by her daughter, Dawn, as being the life of the party. Michelle was a lively and fun woman with a go-getter mentality who always wanted the best for her daughter and those she loved. Dawn remembers that her mother had always wanted to move with her daughter out to California to start a new chapter of their lives, however, she would never make it there.
