Richard left the Emeritus assisted living facility on foot. He was known to have dementia and had a history of leaving the facility and walking to his old residence in Stuart, FL. On this occasion he never arrived at his residence, and an extensive search of the surrounding area did not recover him. No evidence of foul play was found.
