Overview of Sara Graham
The disappearance of Sara Graham, a Wal-Mart cashier and door greeter from Fairmont, North Carolina in 2015, remains a mystery. Graham left her home on February 4th at 6:30 a.m. to report to work at a Wal-Mart store in Pembroke, North Carolina. However, she never arrived and has not been seen or heard from since.
Graham was driving a white Chevrolet van registered to her father, which was later found locked and abandoned in a wheat field off east McDonald Road between Chicken Road and Centerville Church Road. Witnesses reported seeing the van parked there as early as 6:45 a.m. on the day she disappeared, and there were no signs of a struggle at the scene.
Graham lived with her father and stepmother, both of whom worked for the Robeson County Sheriff's Office. Six weeks after her disappearance, her stepmother was fired from her position in the sheriff's office after 23 years of service. Authorities have not provided any explanation for her termination, or whether it was connected to Graham's disappearance.
Although little information is available about Graham's case, her loved ones have stated that it is uncharacteristic of her to leave without warning. She had moved to North Carolina from Texas just a few months before she disappeared and was described as a responsible person and dependable employee who was happy with her new life in North Carolina. Despite efforts by law enforcement to solve the case, Graham's whereabouts remain unknown, leaving her family and friends with unanswered questions.
