Sessions was last seen leaving Charleston Memorial Hospital on Calhoun Street in Charleston, South Carolina on July 9, 1999. He had told his mother, whom he lived with, that he was going out for a pack of cigarettes. Somehow, he ended up at the hospital, and was treated and released.
