On May 18, 1990, Stanley spent time at his mother’s home in southern King County, WA. He was last seen when he left her home, with plans to drive back to his house in Seattle, WA. Stanley never arrived at his home.
Authorities have explained that Stanley is believed to have been involved in the drug trade at the time of his disappearance, though no further information about this detail or any other details regarding Stanley’s disappearance.

Today it has been more than 32 years since Stanley left his mother’s home never to be seen again. His case continues to be investigated by authorities, though the complete lack of media attention Stanley’s case has received has led to a severe lack of awareness for his case.
Stanley is described as an African-American male with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, Stanley was 5’4” tall and weighed approximately 150 lbs. Chandler has scars on his left hand, right leg, and above his left eyebrow. He may use the last name Givens.
