On Monday, March 31, 2014, Terrie was dropped of in the 5300 block of River Drive in Hellam Township. Terri, who lived with her son in North York, had reportedly wanted to visit parents old home, which still remains in the family. She was dropped off near the home by a relative. It was the last time she was seen. Terrie's family organized several searches of the river area in Hellam Twp but have found no trace of her.
