Overview of Timothy Waldrop
Timothy was last seen leaving his home in Gulfport, MS.
On the morning of February 1, 1992, Timothy was last seen leaving his home that he shared with his girlfriend in Gulfport, MS. He left driving his yellow 1973 Dodge Dart with black stripes and Mississippi plate 1EXR554 and took his dog, a black Chow named Bear, with him.
Timothy’s car was found the next day.
The following day, February 2, 1992, Timothy’s car was found abandoned in a parking lot across the street from a gas station on Cedar Lake Road in Biloxi, MS. His car was found approximately 15 miles away from his home where he was last seen.
Bear is found 22 miles away from Timothy’s home.
Four days after Timothy was last seen, BEar, his dog, was found on Old Highway 49 in Saucier, MS. According to authorities, he had been in the area since February 1, 1992.
Where the case stands today.
Today, more than 30 years later, Timothy remains missing. There have been no sightings of Timothy and no one has heard from him since his disappearance on February 1, 1992. Authorities consider his case to be “cold”, due to the lack of evidence that has failed to lead them closer to finding him in the past 30 years.
At the time of his disappearance, Timothy was described as a 24 year old caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was 6’2”-6’3” tall and weighed between 230-250 lbs. Timothy has a scar on his shoulder from a surgically implanted pin from a prior car accident. At the time of his disappearance, he had a brown beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
