Troy Nelms was living in the Paragon Gardens Board and Care Home since 12-31-05. Nelms was last seen by an employee on 6-5-06 at 0530 hrs in his room. By 0630 hours, he was gone. A search was conducted for him by use of bloodhounds, helicopters, and Deputies, with negative results.
