Victoria was last seen. on August 1, 1996. Victoria was a sex worker and last seen along South Division near Logan Street. Division Street was a popular location for sex work. On October 27, 1996, Victoria's body was discovered by a squirrel hunter. Her body was found on 20 Mile Road near Sparta Avenue, northeast of Kent City.
